Bioconversion ofCitrus unshiupeel extracts with cytolase suppresses adipogenic activity in 3T3-L1 cells

Abstract: BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVESCitrus flavonoids have a variety of physiological properties such as anti-oxidant, anti-inflammation, anti-cancer, and anti-obesity.
