Abstract:The objective of the study is to develop and characterize biodegradable monolayer and bilayer films using collagen extracted from tilapia skin and scales (Oreochromis sp.) with chitosan in combination with biodegradable polyester; polylactic acid (PLA) or polycaprolactone (PCL).
