Biodegradable polyurethane acrylate/HEMA-grafted nanodiamond composites with bone regenerative potential applications: structure, mechanical properties and biocompatibility

Abstract: It was found that ND-HEMA enhanced considerably the mechanical properties of biocompatible APUA at low concentrations, i.e. 1 wt%, while it retained the biocompatibility of the PAUA.
