Biofilm Reactor Performance and Shifts of Microbial Community during the Start-Up and Operation Phase of MBBRs at 8 °C: Effect of Exogenous Quorum Sensing Bacteria

Abstract: Quorum sensing (QS) plays a critical role in the enhancement of biofilm performance at low temperatures.
