Abstract:Bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS) is a rare non-infectious pulmonary complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) or lung transplantation. Early diagnosis of BOS requires new approaches including the search for biological markers of pulmonary damage after allo-HSCT. The aim of this work is to review literary data on biological markers of BOS. Conclusion. Literary data on biomarkers of BOS in allo-HSCT recipients are limited. Further research is needed.
