Abstract: Colorectal cancer (CRC) commonly metastasizes to the liver, and this poses a significant clinical challenge. Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), key players within the TME, play a significant role in promoting CRC metastasis by secreting various chemokines, growth factors, and cytokines.
