Biologisch aktive 1,2,4-triazol-und imidazolhaltige phosphorylierte Alkohole / Biologically Active 1,2,4-Triazole and Imidazole Containing Phosphorylated Alcohols

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p> The addition of the secondary phosphane chalkogenides HP(E)R<jats:sup>3</jats:sup><jats:sub>2</jats:sub> (E = O , S) to the 1,2,4-triazole or imidazole containing ketones R<jats:sup>1</jats:sup>C<jats:sub>6</jats:sub>H<jats:sub>4</jats:sub>−C(O)−CHR<jats:sup>2</jats:sup>−X (2, 3) [X = C<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>H<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>N<jats:sub>3</jats:sub> (2), C<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>H<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>N<jats:sub>2</jats:sub> (3)] results in the formation of the phosphorylated alcohols R<jats:sup>3</jats:sup><jats:sub>2</jats:sub>P(E)−C(OH)C<jats:sub>6</jats:sub>H<jats:sub>4</jats:sub>R<jats:sup>1</jats:sup>−CHR<jats:sup>2</jats:sup>−X (4, 5). 4, 5 are fungicides with partially high activity. Their structures are discussed on the basis of the IR and NM R spectra.</jats:p>
