“…This is in accordance with our findings where intense staining of Collagen was seen in all the scaffolds 8 weeks post-implantation. Two studies have stated the expression of Collagen Type I was enhanced in bone ECM mineralization which is a valuable biomarker of bone remodeling/ mineralization starting approximately two weeks after implantation, only after the morphology transition of new bone to the native tissue occurred [50,51].…”

“…TAcPh and BAcPH are seen as bone resorption marker whereas both TAlPh and BAlPh are assumed to play a role in osteoid formation and bone mineralization [33]. Therefore, these results indicate that the use of a membrane in osseous regeneration procedures of the jaws signi cantly enhances bone remodeling activity in the early healing phase and accelerates bone regeneration.…”

“…However, successful restorative treatment involving implants depends on interdisciplinary treatment planning, especially if pre-prosthetic orthodontic tooth alignment is required ( Richardson and Russell,2001 ). The roots of the teeth adjacent to the edentulous implant region must be parallel or slightly divergent to create sufficient bone ( Albeshri et al, 2018 ) for implant placement, and there must be sufficient space between the crowns to place and restore the implant( Rédua and Rédua,2018 ).…”
