Biomarkers of renal function in prognostic stratification of patients with acute coronary syndrome

Abstract: Mezi ledvinami a srdcem probíhá těsná patofyziologická interakce, která mimo jiné ovlivňuje riziko vzniku i prognózu mnoha kardiovaskulárních onemocnění. Časná riziková stratifi kace pacientů s akutním koronárním syndromem (AKS) je důležitá pro optimalizaci terapie. V předloženém přehledu jsou uvedeny možnosti prognostické stratifi kace pacientů s AKS na základě vstupních koncentrací biomarkerů renálních funkcí.
