Abstract:Objectives. Haematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) is a cellular therapy for a group of high‐risk children with cancer, immunodeficiency and metabolic disorders. Whilst curative for a child's underlying condition, HCT has significant risks associated, including lung injury.
