Biomechanical Analysis of Posterior Ligaments of Cervical Spine and Laminoplasty

Abstract: Cervical laminoplasty is a valuable procedure for myelopathy but it is associated with complications such as increased kyphosis. The effect of ligament damage during cervical laminoplasty on biomechanics is not well understood.
