Biopeptides of milk: caseinophosphopeptides and mineral bioavailability

Abstract: -The biological and physiological activities of milk proteins are partially attributed to several peptides encrypted in the protein molecules. These peptides can be liberated by enzymatic digestion in vitro and in vivo.
