Abstract:Endoinulinases gene was expressed in recombinant Aspergillus niger for selective and high-level expression using an exponential fed-batch fermentation. The effects of the growth rate (µ), glucose feed concentration, nitrogen concentration and fungal morphology, on enzyme production were evaluated.
