Abstract:Resumen-Soil contamination by hydrocarbons generates serious impacts on the fertility, properties and use of the soil; it can also affect human health, flora and fauna. The main objective of this research was to evaluate the degradation of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) in a soil modified with manure from Cavia porcellus and Helianthus annuus.
