Abstract:Campylobacter jejuni is a Gram-negative pathogenic bacterium commonly found in chickens and is the leading cause of human diarrheal disease worldwide. The various serotypes of C. jejuni produce structurally distinct capsular polysaccharides (CPSs) on the exterior surfaces of the cell wall.
