Since the first description of cerebral metastasis from pulmonary blastoma in 1968 by Barson et al [ 4 ], metastatic brain tumor has been reported in only 13 cases of pulmonary blastoma, including this case ( Table 1 ) [ 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 ].
