Abstract:Inspired by the striking achievements of fluorine-containing heterocyclic compounds in pharmaceutical chemistry, in this study quantum chemical calculations were carried out on the midaflur compound, which has skeletal-muscle relaxant and central nervous system (CNS) depressant properties.
