Bi̇reyleri̇ Rekreasyonel Amaçli Egzersi̇ze Moti̇ve Eden Faktörleri̇n İncelenmesi̇

Abstract: Çalışmanın amacı bireyleri rekreasyonel amaçlı egzersize motive eden faktörlerin incelenmesidir. Örneklem grubu uygun örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak Konya da faaliyet gösteren fitness merkezi üyelerinden gönüllüük esasına dayalı olarak belirlenmiştir.
