Abstract: Bisalbuminemia, a rare finding on serum protein electrophoresis, presents as a double band in the albumin region. Inherited Bisalbuminemia is a benign condition with autosomal dominant inheritance whereas Acquired Bisalbuminemia can be associated with various conditions like diabetes, pancreatitis, and myeloma.
