Bisoniana XCI. Shape, size and weight of the heart In European bison

Abstract: Tables & 3 Figs.] Examination was made of 117 hearts of European bison of both sexes and of different ages. The fresh hearts were weighed, then fixed in 5°/o formalin water solution and linear measurements carried out on them.
