Abstract: Succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors (SDHIs) are the most widely used fungicides against plant parasitic fungi. They act by blocking the enzyme succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), a key component of mitochondrial respiration, which is highly conserved throughout evolution.
