Bladder leiomyoma presenting as uterine pedunculated leiomyoma

Abstract: Bladder leiomyoma is a rare benign mesothelial tumor that is more commonly reported in women. Most patients present with frequent urination or obstructive urinary symptoms. Here, we portray a 50-year-old woman who presented to the clinic with abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. Imaging showed a lobulated mass at the posterior aspect of the urinary bladder.
