Abstract:This paper links the polarization-sensitive-array parameter estimation problem to the quadrilinear model. Exploiting this link, it derives a blind joint angle, frequency and polarization estimation algorithm. The simulation results reveal that the proposed algorithm has better angle, frequency and polarization estimation performance than ESPRIT. This algorithm relies on a fundamental result of the uniqueness of low-rank four-way data decomposition. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm does not require pairing a… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
