Blind nasogastric tube insertion performed within one minute or for a maximum of three attempts minimize laryngopharyngeal injury during resuscitation

Abstract: Blind nasogastric (NG) is inserted for patients under resuscitation, however minimal trauma to the laryngopharynx can sometimes lead severe bleeding.
