Block synchronization using a unique word for a generalized unitary rotation based communication system

Abstract: Generalized Unitary rotation (GUR) provides a method for construction of unitary transformations in parametric multicarrier communication systems. Such communication systems require special timing offset estimation and correction schemes, since a unitary transform in those systems is dynamic.
