Abstract:Blockchain technology is being used to develop systems that can authenticate organic products and corroborate their provenance. This could revise the organic food assiduity by adding translucency and traceability, perfecting consumer confidence, and reducing the environmental impact. The system works by creating a unique digital identity for each organic product at the point of product.
