Abstract: Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the most aggressive and lethal form of human brain tumors. Dismantling the suppressed immune microenvironment is an effective therapeutic strategy against GBM; however, GBM does not respond to exogenous immunotherapeutic agents due to low immunogenicity.
