Abstract:The aim of this study was to determine the effect of supplementation of African leaf (Vernonia amygdalina) extract on quail blood lipid profile (comprising total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol concentrations) and yolk cholesterol.
