“…Due to that blunt projectiles such as, stiff plastic baton, wood baton projectiles, plastic and rubber bullets etc. reported to have caused serious injuries and fatalities (Hughes, et al, 2005;Maguire, et al, 2007;Mahajna, et al, 2002;Rocke, 1983;Sheridan & Whitlock, 1983).
