Board Diversity and Corporate Sustainability Practices: Evidence on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Reporting

Abstract: The emerging awareness on sustainability issues among Malaysian listed companies has increased the voluntary disclosure on environmental, social and governance (ESG) in the annual report.
