Boiling in volume of low temperature droplets of dispersed phase of liquid emulsions

Abstract: Mechanisms of droplets boiling in dispersed liquid-liquid systems differ significantly from more commonly studied and better understood mechanisms of vaporization in homogeneous fluids.
