Abstract: Chimeric antigen receptor T-cells (CAR-T) are now a standard approach for treating relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas. Immune effector cell-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis-like syndrome (IEC-HS) is a newly described entity that can manifest following CAR-T.
