Bone marrow trephine immunohistochemistry is useful in characterizing malignancy‐associated myelonecrosis: A retrospective observational study

Abstract: Objective:We aim to describe the utility of immunohistochemistry (IHC) in characterizing malignancy-associated myelonecrosis (MN) on bone marrow trephine biopsies (BMBx) as a part of initial workup.
