Bone Mineral Density to Identify Osteopenia and Osteoporosis in Patients of CKD on Maintenance Hemodialysis

Abstract: Background : Chronic renal disease changes both quality and quantity of bone through multifactorial influences on bone metabolism, leading to osteopenia, osteoporosis and increased risk of fracture.
