Bone pathology in chronic kidney disease

Abstract: The article presents current data on mineral and bone disorders in patients with various stages of chronic kidney disease. The key points of bone lesions pathology are reflected, which include impaired secretion of parathyroid hormone and phosphorus-calcium metabolism, specific osteopathy and extraskeletal calcification, the relationship between bone pathology and cardiovascular complications is indicated.
