Bone tissue regeneration: biology, strategies and interface studies

Abstract: Nowadays, bone diseases and defects as a result of trauma, cancers, infections and degenerative and inflammatory conditions are increasing. Consequently, bone repair and replacement have been developed with improvement of orthopedic technologies and biomaterials of superior properties. This review paper is intended to sum up and discuss the most relevant studies performed in the field of bone biology and bone regeneration approaches. Therefore, the bone tissue regeneration was investigated by synthetic substit… Show more

“…1 B) along these lines demonstrating that the mixing of Ce-Zn with HA positively changed the surface morphology. The permeable morphology of cryogel biocomposite builds the surface zone bringing about high supplement conveyance, better protein adsorption, neovascularisation and relocation to the site of tissue recovery ( Ansari, 2019 , Zhu et al, 2020 ). Also, the surface roughness improved the integrin-subordinate connection of bony cells.…”

“…Consequently, modern strategies of bone repair have been intensively developed, especially in terms of osteogenic and bone turnover molecular markers. 1 The proper recognition of molecular mechanisms engaged in the development of metabolic bone diseases and bone cancers is crucial for development of new treatment options. Many are commonly available, including palbociclib, which is aimed at silencing cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK)4 and CDK6 in breast cancer treatment.…”
