Abstract:The ovary is a common location for endometriosis, characterized by the presence of endometrial glands outside the uterus. Research has established a link between ovarian endometriosis and the coexistence of borderline seromucinous tumors, which have a low malignant potential and exhibit papillary structures similar to serous borderline tumors.
