Abstract:Bortezomib, a chemotherapeutic agent used in the treatment of hematologic malignancies, has been associated with multiple forms of lung injury including diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH). We present the first reported case of bortezomib-induced DAH in a patient with plasma cell leukemia.
