Bottom–Up-Fabricated Oxide–Metal–Semiconductor Spin-Valve Transistor

Abstract: Spin-valve transistors (SVTs) employing hot-electron transport through ferromagnetic multilayers have large magnetocurrent (MC), making them a promising magnetic field sensor.
