Bradycardia as the First Sign of Brain Tumor: A Case Report

Abstract: Sinus bradycardia can be normal in specific instances. However, it had been sporadically documented in the literature as the first sign of a brain tumor. We report a case of a young man who was complaining of dizziness without any neurological sign, and found to have a sinus bradycardia.
