The aim of this research is to determine the managerial problems of professional football clubs in Turkey. In this qualitative research, phenomenology design was used. The participants were determined by the easily accessible method from the purposeful sampling method. The sample group of the study consisted of eight managers in two Super League teams in Ankara and a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researchers with the participants was used. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis. According to the data obtained, it has been determined that professional football clubs have problems with players, academies, managers, coaches, clubs and fans. As a result, in order to to be successful for football club managers in Turkey, they need to consider many factors besides success on the field and solve their problems in the best way possible with all the stakeholders of football.
