To the control medium (Hormone-free, HF), either 24-epibrassinolide (eBL, Sigma-Aldrich-E1641, Saint Louis, MO, USA) at 1 nM, 10 nM, and 1 µM or 60 µM CdSO 4 (Cd) [ 38 ], alone or combined with 1 nM, 10 nM, and 1 µM eBL, was added [ 34 ].
