Abstract:We present a case of a 77-year-old female who was diagnosed with right breast invasive carcinoma treated with breastconserving surgery and adjuvant radiation therapy in 2015. In 2023, she was diagnosed with radiation-induced angiosarcoma (RIAS), and a right breast mastectomy was recommended. RIAS is difficult to diagnose due to its rarity and non-specific symptoms.
