Breathing Mode’s Temperature Coefficient Estimation and Interlayer Phonon Scattering Model of Few-Layer Phosphorene

Abstract: The breathing mode’s Raman characteristic is a key parameter that estimates the number of layers and helps to determine interlayer thermal coupling in multilayer phosphorene.
