Bridging Patients’ Needs and Caregivers’ Perspectives to Tailor Information Provisioning during Cardiac Rehabilitation

Abstract: In remote rehabilitation of cardiac patients, patients need a better understanding of various factors influencing their disease condition to become active participants in their care.
