Brief review of parathyroid adenoma; problems caused by water clear cells

Abstract: Water clear cells; they can be seen in many tumors such as germ cell tumors, kidney tumors, lymphomas, sarcomas, thymic carcinomas, parathyroid carcinomas, paraganglioma. They may be primary or may occur as a result of metastatic conditions. Therefore, histopathologically differential diagnosis may be difficult or confusing.
