Broadcasting Algorithms of Carbon Nanotubes

Abstract: A carbon nanotube is like a cylinder rolled up from a single sheet of graphite, whose atoms are arranged in hexagons. It is expected that nanotechnology will revolutionize the computing, networking and telecommunication industries by producing faster and smaller non-silicon-based chipsets, memory, processors, and new-generation computers based on carbon nanotubes. Computer scientists predict that nano-computers will radically transform the computer industry in the coming years. The next target of computer engi… Show more

“…In the field of non-silicon solar PV cells, there has been a significant increase in the production of dye-sensitized solar cells, increasing the likelihood of the emergence of highly effective and efficient solar cells [ 186 ]. The use of carbon nanotubes for chip fabrication could solve the problem that silicon technology has ceased shrinking the chip size to meet the predictions of Moore’s law [ 187 ]. Choi et al [ 188 ] proposed type IV-B metal oxides, especially HfO 2 , ZrO 2 , and TiO 2 , metal oxides that were superior to SiO 2 in terms of their higher dielectric constants and were attracting attention due to their potential as gate dielectric materials to replace SiO 2 and have attracted much attention.…”
