Bromocriptine for the treatment of postoperative cerebellar mutism syndrome in pediatric patients: Three case reports

Abstract: Introduction Cerebellar mutism syndrome (CMS) is a common complication after posterior fossa tumor resection. It is characterized by a significant lack or loss of speech.
