Bronchial stump reinforcement with the intercostal muscle flap without adverse effects

Abstract: Bronchial stump reinforcement with the intercostal muscle flap after pulmonary resection is safe and effective when performed during lower and lower-middle lobectomy and does not increase the risk of complications.
