Abstract:Background: Cardiovascular events of antimalarial treatment remain unclear, only a few studies has reported its adverse outcome. This case presentation emphasizes cardiological assessment of brugada syndrome, a rare genetic predisposed that manifest as life threatening arrhytmia occurs during routine antimalarial consumption.
